ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE/ SENIOR EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  1. To provide support in a timely and efficient manner by attending to their enquiries such as claims, plan benefit etc.
  2. To take charge of inbound and outbound mails, phone calls and documents routing / filing.
  3. To provide continuous support to the Account Management Manager in achieving company’s strategies and targets.
  4. To prepare renewal document, presentation tools, and tender document requirements.
  5. To perform ad-hoc function as and when delegated.
  6. Assist in other administrative duties such as typing letters, filing and etc.
  7. Update Schedule of Benefit (SOB) according to the policy entitlement.
  8. Work with Account Management team on the interpretation and setting of the SOB.
  9. Work with IT team on creation of new benefit parameter for Benefit setting.
  10. Carry out testing on SOB setting.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
  2. Minimum 3 year of relevant working experience. Candidate with medical insurance background will be added advantage.
  3. Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  4. Good command of English and Bahasa Malayu in both verbal and written.
  5. Computer literate.
  6. Candidate must be able to communicate and liaise with people from all management level.

Claims Executive
Selangor - Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Responsibilities:

  1. To process medical claims competently within the stipulated turnaround time and in accordance with claims protocol.
  2. To attend to claims enquiries and correspondences relating to feedback or complaints promptly and effectively.
  3. To follow-up and ensure all requests for supporting documents and/or information relevant to the assessment of a claim are promptly obtained from clients.
  4. To investigate potential fraudulent claims and report any suspicion of an irregularity to the superior.
  5. To perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Certificate in Nursing/Medical Science/Biomedical Science/Medical Assistant/Medicine/Insurance or any related field.
  2. Candidate with technical knowledge of medical claims or relevant working experience in Third Party Administration (TPA) / Insurance Industry will be an added advantage.
  3. Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia, both speaking and writing.

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, coordinating business generation activities, developing customized targeted sales strategies.
  2. Building business relationships with current and potential clients & brokers.
  3. Understanding client needs and offering solutions, follow-up call, responding to client requests for proposals (RFP).
  4. Collaborating with agents & brokers to secure and grow accounts.
  5. Creating informative presentations, presenting and delivering information to potential clients.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
(GL Assessment)
Selangor - Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Responsibilities:

  1. Assess the Admission / Discharge case accordance to the Insurance’s policy terms and conditions.
  2. Ensure all the documents received are complete with info that required for Guarantee Letter (GL) issuance.
  3. Issue GL for the requests coming in via E-fax, dedicated e-mail from client and phone calls.
  4. Follow up with hospital on documents (breakdown bill, dosage of medication…etc) / reports for those incomplete documents cases.
  5. Calling hospital to confirm received on the Outpatient (OP) GL.
  6. Follow up with the sender if the documents received were incomplete.
  7. Result orientated with sense of urgency, co cooperativeness & eagerness in ensuring efficient teamwork in delivering excellent services to clientele.
  8. Responding to email enquiry received pertaining to admission and discharge.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma/Degree holders in Nursing/Medical Science/Biomedical Science/Medicine/Medical Assistant with 2 to 3 years working experience in Third Party Administration (TPA) / Insurance Industry (H&S) / Call Centre and hospitality industry. Candidate with knowledge in GHS / handling GL issuance is added advantage.
  2. Good communication skills.
  3. Good computer skills and meticulous with details.
